Send in your birthday photo by filling out the form and selecting what photo you want to upload. Be sure to be descriptive about the photo in the description box. Tell us the person's name, age, birth date, and how to pronounce their name if needed.
Your photo may be seen on Fox News First at about 6:55am, 7:55am, and/or at 8:55am. Please send in your photo at least a day before their birthday. Seeing your photo on air is not guaranteed. Photos will no longer be accepted by email.
Please enter the following information:
• First name, last name and age of the person in the photo (example: Homer Simpson 40)
• Their birth date and the day you wish it to air
• Pronunciation of their name if it is unusual
