One winner will receive a guaranteed audition in Austin in front of an American Idol Producer. Submit a video entry of your singing 90 seconds of a song acapella. Only the first 29 entries will be judged, the winner will be announced on Wednesday, July 31.
*The winner is only guaranteed one audition in front of an American Idol
Producer. The winner will be judged under the criteria listed in the
official American Idol rules (available at idolonfox.com) and will not
receive preferential treatment for callbacks. Decisions for callbacks
are made solely by the American Idol Producers and/or judges. You will
not audition in front of any American Idol judge or any American Idol
Guest Judge during this guaranteed audition. In the event production of
American Idol is cancelled or postponed, the audition ticket portion of
the prizing may be cancelled without substitution or compensation
therefore.
